The 21st century knowledge economies require government institutions to leverage their existing knowledge and develop mechanisms to share it with key stakeholders to improve outcomes. Given the diversity of assignments held by AIS (All-India Services) officers, there has been a felt need to have a knowledge repository for sharing experiences and to facilitate the steep learning curve for a new responsibility.

OBJECTIVE
