The Gandhi Smriti Library is one of the India's largest libraries devoted entirely to rare books and manuscripts and has Gyanlok Collections repository for literary archives, early manuscripts, and rare books. The Gandhi Smriti Library's robust collections are used to create new paradigm by academicians. GSL Digital Collections is the primary source for digitized archival material. GSL Digital Collections currently features over 7000 digitized items of rare books began from 19th Century. This material is freely accessible for browsing, searching, and downloading low- or high-resolution copies. While it is the goal of the Archives to migrate all of its digital content to GSL Digital Collections, currently digitized material can also be located in several other systems and locations within the campus of LBSNAA, Mussoorie.
